I have worked with the customer service and management industry for 6  years and 2 months  and have handled various positions from being an customer service representative to Subject Matter Expert to Quality Assurance Specialist until I became a Team Lead.
On the stretch of my professional career in the BPO industry, I had great experiences and opportunities to speak to different kinds of people which I really loved doing because i do learned a lot from talking with them.. I have  earned several certification as Top Agent, Top SME and Top Team Lead  but what I regard with most importance was the chance talk to different kinds of people and further learn the science of customer management and customer service, why metrics is imperative for the business and  developed a good sense of business acumen. 
I also have knowledge about outbound calling.  As an outbound caller I always ensure I set a clear objective and focus on gathering all the important data for me  to execute the campaign to help me analyse how my customers will respond to me as the response of my customers will test the effectiveness of my call in each segment, helping me understand as well what works best and with whom.
