I have worked with the customer service and management industry for 6  years and 2 months and have handled various positions from being a Customer Service Representative to Subject Matter Expert to Quality Assurance Specialist until I became a Team Lead. I have been working from home for more than 4 years now and have experience in product sourcing, email handling, lead verifying, cold calling, telemarketing, inbound and outbound sales, appointment setting, and as medical documents specialist.
On the stretch of my professional career in the BPO industry, I had great experiences and opportunities to speak to different kinds of people which I really love doing. I have earned several certifications as Top Agent, Top SME and Top Team Lead but what I regard with most importance was the chance to talk to different kinds of people and further learn the science of customer management and customer service, why metrics is imperative for the business and developed a good sense of business acumen. 
I provide good communication and writing skills, willingness to go the extra mile, phone handling technology, and professionalism. I can bring value to your business and help solve your administrative assistant issue especially with customer service and inbound/outbound phone handling. I never had any issue with reliability as I believe that discipline will always start from yourself.
