Profile Description

I recently worked in an e-commerce platform similar to Shopify. My tasks involved answering emails, responding to inquiries through messenger, and Instagram direct messages.
I've worked for 4 years as a CSR Inbound call on which I resolve complaints via phone or email. Call customers using telephones to verify account information and greet them warmly. Also, understand the reason for their call.I also assist with placement of orders, returns or refunds.
I worked as an Escalation Assistant Supervisor, where I handled customer escalations and complaints to make sure they were tracked.I made sure to keep all relevant parties informed of actions taken to resolve issues. And I utilize appropriate tools to ensure the customer receives relevant and accurate information at any time.
I've been doing this kind of job for 2 years now and enjoying it. And based on my experience, it makes me a great fit and a good match for this position. I give my all to any work and am always looking ahead to the next task at hand.
