Profile Description

I am currently working as Virtual Assistant for a Property Management Company based in Wisconsin.

I had 2 years and 6 months experience in the BPO Industry as a Chat Support Specialist for US clients. I've catered Sales, Billing and Basic Technical support for Mobility and Digital Cable accounts. I am also a Freelance Transcriber for almost 2 years now. We transcribe audios for call centers in USA, Australia and UK.

I took a paid online course for Virtual Assistance Training last August 2018 and is knowledgeable in tools for Social Media, Real Estate and Email management as well as basic SEO.

I focus on providing "human connection" to my customers and make sure that my responses to their queries will give them an extraordinary experience. I can handle 2-3 concurrent chats and is also good at profiling customers. My constant Sales Pro and Recursive Training in tools also honed my skills throughout my BPO career.

I am very passionate with everything that I do and a firm believer that learning is a constant process. Skills can be learned through training and relentless practice but aptitude and attitude are innate qualities.
