Profile Description

Starting to work at the age of 18, I've learned the importance of hard work and time management. I worked with a few BPO companies so far, and they all helped me improve my skill set.
I started with H&RBlock, which is a tax-computing company, as a Customer Service Representative for a few months. Being with this company, taught me the importance of privacy and security with customer information.
I was then reprofiled to A&T Prepaid as a Customer Service Representative, living, and learning and working with them for almost three years. Working with a telecommunications company, helped me learn and be familiar with basic and some advanced phone navigation for both Android and IOS phones. Working for this account requires us to be able to communicate with customers well, and offer them the best rate plans based on their regular usages.
I got a new work with Bose, a company centralized with sound innovation, thus producing quality Headsets, Speakers, and Home theater systems. I started as a Tier 1, handling issues and concerns about headphones and blue tooth speakers. This helped me to be familiar with Bluetooth connectivity. After 4 months, I became eligible to be upgraded to Tier 2, which made me familiar with Home theatre connections. After three months, a job opening from another Line of Business under Tier 2 became available. I applied for it and fortunately passed, adding another learning with my skill set and it's about Soundtouch wifi speakers. Resolving a network issue for a speaker requires to walk the customer through navigating an Upgrade to see actual info some cases, we need to remotely access a computer to configure their wifi settings.
With all these acquired knowledge and skills, I know, I will be able to perform any other tasks or jobs productively and effectively. And, I will always keep an open mind for new learnings.
