- Manage properly the queues per interval as required by the clients
- Help improve agents AHT by proactively calling out/assisting long calls
- Provide reports/data needed in a timely manner as per request of the clients
- Monitor Over Breaks and Over Lunches by closely monitoring agents' schedules and real time adherence
- Maintain cleanliness and Security Compliance daily during and end of hours of operation

Technical Support II
- Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls to get online support to all technical issues with computers/Xbox Consoles
