I’ve been working for 12 amazing years now as a Sales and Customer Support and Virtual Assistant. I worked to a company like Virgin Media, Dodo Services, Commander, Arden University, Highland Healthcare, and Upgrade to see actual info. I have work experience in B2B and B2C. My role was to make and receive calls, qualify potential prospects, and educate them about the products and services. I helped customers to resolve their issues and concerns about the service while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Aside from that, I do cold calling, I make a hundred calls every day, lead research and do administrative work.
To target quotas and performance is always my goal making sure I provide my client’s client with a first-class service.

I am a fast learner, so if you give me a task I will learn that really quickly, I have the willingness to learn and I always thrive to move forward. I have the ability to stay calm under pressure, I am the type of person who embraces challenges with a positive mindset. I am very optimistic about the future.
