Experienced in Customer Service, Tech Support, Inbound and Outbound Sales.
I have over 6 years of experience working in the BPO industry and in my 6 years in the industry, I have dealt with several accounts already. I have dealt with Customer Service, Technical Support, Inbound, and Outbound Sales, I became an Outbound Dispatch Expert to a local roadside assistance company and I was once a verifier to a nonprofit organization.
After giving it much thought and consideration, I wanted to explore new opportunities as a freelancer. First, I became a telemarketer to a website that features businesses, I was a virtual assistant to a property management company based in Australia, and most recently I was a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to a Real Estate campaign and Construction Company.
