I'm current I've been in the customer service industry for more than 10 yrs. I first worked as a front desk officer in one of the hotels in Boracay in 2006. I take care of the people checking in and out of the hotel making sure guest are picked up on time and guest that checking out are not going to miss their flights going home.
In customer service I have handled the leading mobile providers in US and Australia. Supporting the largest telecommunication companies had thought me to be more patient and handled different type of clients.
My last job is for one of the largest bank in US for more than 3 yrs where aside from the normal customer service I also have worked as a dispute specialist (charge back).
Now would like to try something new. Something more productive which is working at home where I can save 3-6 hrs travel time and spend this time to
more important matters.
