Profile Description

I've worked for over three years experience in customer service representative roles. My role entailed customer service support in assisting clients with technical queries for telecommunication, data, and networking solutions and we do sales for mobile credits and phones. Also, I was working in Financial auto loan account for US-based bank.

I've worked as a Product Researcher in Amazon both FBM and FBA. Amazon FBM deals with searching and identifying products from online suppliers. The research process is like a background check for a new or existing product idea. The idea is to search for products that can get cheap and yet sell for competitive prices with a good demand and good profit margin in return.  Amazon (FBA) I was tasked in contacting and vetting potential Wholesale suppliers.

I've worked on a Social Media Marketing (Pinterest) where I created boards and pinning different images based on trends and seasonality.

I've worked as Payroll Assistant where I document working hours and checking screenshots of daily activities for each team member.
