You can call me Jen. I have extensive customer service experience in various industries such as banking, hotel reservations, real estate, eCommerce website, and freight. I was able to train and acquire my skills formally when I was employed and was able to leverage my experience when I started to do freelance work. I have been working home-based for the past 4 years and had the best working years of my 14-year Upgrade to see actual info taught me to be more proactive. Since I had minimal access to other departments, I had to figure things out on my own through research and I found myself studying more because I wanted to be prepared for whatever task my client might assign to Upgrade to see actual info taught me to stay focused and disciplined. Sticking to routines and effective use of trackers allowed me to fulfill my role seamlessly.
