Profile Description

I have been part of the technical team for companies like AT&T, Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable-Business.
I have been a Subject matter expert in my field as well as a Tier 3 technical expert.
I have a vast knowledge in web hosting,  web design protocols, SEO as well as google analytics. I have been part of Amazon customer service for 1 year handling US, CA, and UK customers. My support caters for Amazon sold and fulfilled items, sold by a third-party, and items tagged as customer service-by-Amazon as well as FBA items.

With this vast experience I still strive for excellence.
I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers as I have also experienced working at large BPO companies and excelled in the Customer Service aspect of it.
With a BS degree in Information Technology, I have a full understanding of the full life-cycle of a software development project as well as the networking of it.

I also have been part of   Social Media Admin team for more than a year as a freelancer, I mainly maintain and launch social media accounts while keeping track of the steps and progress of it via remote access. 

My recent job deals with system admin and process analysis and dwells more in the Zoho One environment. The most recent job I tackled was being a system admin manager, I also assist the recruitment team by creating a workflow to get their jobs done  efficiently.
