Profile Description

I have mostly been in sales throughout my professional career in the BPO industry. Starting as a sales representative and moving up to a supervisory level and lastly as a manager.
I also have experience is customer support as a supervisor for one of the biggest telecommunications in Australia. 

Most recent I was a Business Development Manger, helping in the company bring in AU, UK and US clients through cold/warm calling and lead generation. While still being part of the sales team and directly dealing with clients I was also tasked to manage our Business Development team.

I am self motivated, results driven and a quick learner. I am willing to learn and adapt to new roles. I am also looking for a long term employer.
