Profile Description

I am currently working as a Product Support Specialist. Our company offers business solution for business starters who want to establish their business Upgrade to see actual infoom domain name registration, web hosting, marketing tools, site security and more. My job is to set up products and support multi-task troubleshooting issues, just like a tier 2 system administrator. My main responsibility is to know our brand inside and out. So, I must be capable of understanding the most complex information about our product. My experience thought me to be flexible and improve Upgrade to see actual info matter the challenge, as a product specialist, I must be willing and prepared to go the extra mile.
As a tenure individual, I am honing my skills for first few years and I am looking for a new position where I can learn and continue exercise my skills. I am searching online for possible offer and another thing that’s important to me is that the position allows me to become an excellent transcriptionist. That would be really refreshing! I’m always very motivated by being able to see the impact of my work on other people. I feel as though I’m ready for another stage in my career. A new challenge. I’d also like to continue to grow and learn in this field, and take on some new tasks—ones I haven’t had the opportunity to tackle in my current role.
I recently took the mini course of a transcription because I also like to apply and it likely fulfilled my requirement--the core courses every individual must take in order to qualify for the said position. The knowledge that I will acquire in this course will help prepare for the new position.
