I mainly provide eligibility, benefits and claims information. The main tool that I used working there is Facets. After that, I worked as a payment poster for a short period of time for a worker's compensation claims. I posted payments and reads EOB's for that service using medic premier. Following that, I worked for a DME company that specializes in CPAP and BIPAP machine and supplies and main tool used was Brightree. I worked there as an AR specialist which needed critical thinking and problem solving skill. I provided eligibility and patient's responsibility based on their benefits. My main task includes submission and reprocessing of claims and appeals. Lastly, I worked for a laboratory company that services COVID testing and vaccine. I was assigned to correct eligibility errors and submission of claims and appeals using XIFIN.
