I started off as a Customer Service Representative with Sitel for almost 3 years prior to joining PSG Global Solutions as a Senior US Recruiter. In my role, I’ve developed a strong sourcing, recruiting, research, active listening, communication, administrative, time management and relationship management skills. I then decided to join Sysgen RPO as a US Recruiter where I’ve handled general labor jobs, administrative, healthcare, executive and some IT roles. I’ve used different job boards like Career Builder, Monster, The Ladders, Indeed and LinkedIn as well different applicant tracking system such as bullhorn, sales force, talent cube, apollo and power recruiter. Currently, I am seeking for a homebased role where I can further develop my knowledge as well as my skills.
