I've been working in call center industry for almost 4 years now. I do have my experience doing voice and non- voice accounts. For non-voice account I did email repose handling and
sending
email proposals to advertiser of job hunting sites like Craiglist, Monsterjob, Indeedjob, Cityvibe, Backpage, etc. For voice account: I've worked with 5 than 10 timeshare companies throughout the Continental US and Canada setting up appointment to qualified couples, making appointments for solar company and prepaid legal. I also experience taking business grant application and credit and debit card sign. And the longest experience I had when It come to cold calling is lead generation for health
and life insurance company.
