My work history as a General Virtual Assistant for a year allowed me to acquire extensive skills in social media management, email and calendar management, and developing initiatives to help achieve my client's goals. Immersed in the field of customer service in the hospitality industry, I learned to put a balance between friendliness and professionalism with clients and colleagues. I also put much value on effective communication, active listening, critical  thinking, and decision-making.
