Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am your trusted OBM and business partner. Before transitioning to OBM, I was a systems business analyst and project manager at a financial institution. I handled various small and big ticket projects in which I showcased my soft and technical skills from planning to implementation stage. Project management, requirements gathering, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are some of the many tasks that I do for the last 10 years. I love to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders of the project to gain clarity, identify pain points, and deliver the best solution/s.
