I have more than 10 years' exp. in the field of customer service, may it be over the phone or up-front with clients/customers. I have more than 7 years of experience working with Real Estate clients specializing in short-term and long-term rentals and real estate sales and more than 2 years working for an E-commerce company as customer support. With a good track record of discipline towards attendance and work ethics. I'm a very detailed-oriented person with high regard for accuracy, I can type 30-40 wpm. 

Knowledgeable in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Whatsapp, Ring Central, Upgrade to see actual info and other forms of communication tools. Experience in using tools such as MOJO DIALER (single and 3 lines), Batch Leads Dialer, and Zendesk (chats and emails) as well as the client's own back-end system/admin. Knowledgeable in operating the Airbnb platform and VRBO platform. I am internet savvy, able to communicate and write effectively in English, people-oriented, a fast learner, I can work under pressure, and very reliable. 

I worked as a Full-Time Virtual Assistant for a Real estate client from Upwork for more than 7 years, doing phone calls both inbound and outbound thru "MOJO DIALER" Batch Leads Dialer and Google Voice. I also assist in selling real estate properties, also doing data entry into our CRM namely Upgrade to see actual info for information gathered and I also do ad postings in Craigslist, advertising, research, appointment settings, and other administrative work.

I have more than 2 years of work experience Part-Time and eventually became Full-Time Customer Support for E-commerce company namely Upgrade to see actual info (Upgrade to see actual info) doing emails and chat support via the Zendesk tool.  Assists customers with their online design and provides customer service on a daily basis with up-selling through chat as well. Assists customer complaints and concerns involving shipping, billing, design, products, and any other concerns such as backorder-related inquiries.

I also worked with another client from Upwork (HHS Capital LLC former Home Loan Management Solutions) for 2 years, way back from 2014 to 2016 as a Full-Time Virtual Assistant located in Illinois state, assisting with customer's loan modification questions and coordinating these with banks. I am also doing phone calls for clients and assisting in selling Real Estate properties, I also do ad postings on Craigslist, advertising, research, and other administrative work such as emails, e-fax, etc. I also do scheduling and appointment-setting for my client and customers.

I have a good internet connection with very minimal issues (PLDT fiber optic with minimum 200MBps speed) and an updated desktop and a laptop for alternative use. I have used various tools such as google hangouts, google voice, iMessage, Snapchat, WhatsApp etc. to communicate with customers/clients.
