Send bulk emails for monthly newsletters, infographics, and important news to all subscribers using Gmail business accounts, Mailchimp, and Shopify email marketing tools. Build email lists, create email templates, craft compelling email text and subject lines, and add visuals and graphics to the content. 
Social Media Manager: 
Manage business social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Alignable, Twitter, Pinterest, and Linkedin. Research current trends and work on strengthening the business's social media performance. Creates interesting content and posts to be shared. Optimize the page, schedule, and post to all Social media channels.

Help customers with complaints and questions, give them information about products and services, place an order if the customer wants to, process refunds and replacements, price adjustments if we have on sale, or if the customer wants to use promo codes and rewards points. Helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their concerns.  
Product ListerWork for an e-commerce store and create listings for products sold online. As a product lister, I am responsible for finding keywords to be added to the title of the item, description, and images. Perform Search Engine Optimization in the WordPress built-in app Yoast SEO as a guide for optimization.
