Profile Description

I worked as a technical and customer service support representative for Convergys for account Microsoft, and have a skill assisting on technical issues like troubleshooting network issues, windows installation, office 365 installation, file management, and assisting customer recovering email address. I also assist the customer on billing issues (call back to secure customer's security and privacy) on credit card, PayPal, and other payment instruments for Office 365 and Xbox Live subscription and if the customer wants to purchase products I walk the customer through on web purchase. Other than my work I know designing graphics using Adobe Photoshop mockup websites, creating a website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and had experience using FTP to upload and manage a website. I am willing to work both data entry, data encoder or any office related work for a low price to improve my skills to be an online worker.
