• Leads in the cycle count and reconciliation of warehouse inventories.
• Ensure that Warehouse physical inventory of Finished-Goods and POSMs versus SAP inventory are intensely monitored. 
• Performs routine inventory counts and consigned stock reconciliations according to predetermined frequency.
• Takes care of obtaining permissions and liaising with outside organizations to provide labor during retail and warehouse inventory counts.

Additionally, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) which is essential for tracking order performance and identifying areas for improvement. This includes generating reports to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
• Produces Pullout Authorization Forms (POAF) for store-to-store transfers and cycle and ad hoc store pullouts.
• Handles store returns of product to the warehouse for ad hoc and quarterly pullouts.
• Developed and maintained inventory forecasting models to predict future demand and optimize inventory levels, resulting in a 15% reduction in excess inventory and a 10% increase in inventory turns.• Analyzed sales data, market trends, and historical consumption patterns to generate accurate forecasts for over 5,000 SKUs across multiple product categories.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align forecasts with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.• Clearly conveys any inventory-related risks and opportunities. 
• Work closely with the Finance team and perform efficient and error-free inventory adjustments aligned to the approved and authorized changes in the system for all inventory movements.
• Assist in the month-end closing and reporting and guarantee that all pertinent documents related to the inventory documents are intact and available at all times. Reconcile SAP postings with inventory movements.
