Profile Description

I've been in the customer service industry since 2013. I've handled calls, emails, chats, and back office tasks during my stint in the corporate setting.  Aside from addressing customer concerns/inquiries, I can handle basic admin/VA tasks and do product listing (Shopify). I also utilize Canva to produce graphic designs, do copywriting for social media posts, and scheduling content using various tools (Buffer, Later, Pallyy, etc.)
