I am a highly skilled Billing Coordinator with a strong background in financial management and data analysis. My expertise includes being Xero certified, QuickBooks certified, and Xero Payroll certified, which allows me to efficiently handle various accounting tasks.
Currently, I am employed at HALO since August 2022, where I am responsible for requesting invoices from vendors. I meticulously analyze each invoice, comparing it to the corresponding purchase orders to identify any missing items or charges. Additionally, I ensure that goods are shipped to customers and monitor orders to guarantee accurate and timely invoicing.
Prior to my current role, I worked at Pinnacle Promotions from November 2018 to February 2023 as a Product Data Management specialist. My primary responsibilities involved entering product data into the Magento system, ensuring that the website was updated with accurate information on colors, sizes, stock availability, and saUpgrade to see actual info pricing. I also maintained meticulous records of each item in Excel and managed the overall presentation of items on the client's website.
Before that, I worked as an Order Entry professional at PMGOA from June 2018 to November Upgrade to see actual info this role, I coordinated with customers to gather information regarding their specific requirements, including colors, sizes, logos, delivery dates, and item pricing. I also prepared invoices for customers and closely followed up on their artwork submission to initiate production processes.
My career journey began in October 2016 at AT&T, where I served as a Customer Service representative until January 2018. During my time there, I efficiently addressed customers' concerns related to billing, payments, and technical issues. Additionally, I had the opportunity to upsell customers on various service plans and promote additional mobile services.
