I'm a BPO Agent for the past 5 years specialized in Customer Care Representative (where I had to handle a large amount of incoming calls and emails daily), Order Entry Job, Technical Support Representative, Email Support, Live Chat Support and Collections and Billing Specialist, I was able to gain my skills based on the criteria that the job requires for me to perform, thus I am enthusiastic and dynamic with my Job that I was awarded for my performance in the BPO industry with several awards as a recognition that disclosed in this overview:- Best Employee Awardee Recipient - Advance Leadership Awardee - Highest Retention Customer Rate - Highest Resolution Executed - Highest received favorable feedback from customer
Also here are my skills that I gained while performing my job in the BPO Industry that I can considered as my strength and advantage:-  Responsible for ensuring that the company receives all necessary payment s from debtors.- Monitoring accounts payable statements to identify debt owed to the company.- Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts Overseeing and tackling questions or complaints that customers may have Carrying out investigations and coming up with plans to resolve discrepancies Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans.- Closing a specific number of collection accounts in a specific amount of time to meet the assigned target. - Keeping and maintaining debtors’ book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and up-to-date
Due to Covid 19 Pandemic, I was worried that this will last longer, that is why I dUpgrade to see actual info to shift in Homebased Job as a General Virtual Assistant and I can say that I have the ability to perform it as I enrolled myself in a Virtual Assistant Course specifically with FHMOMS, INC that I successfully completed the training hours required with certification from their respected firm. 
Going back, My key strengths remain my ability to stay calm in pressure situations and provide satisfactory and timely solutions to customers in a professional manner. I am a team person and can work with the supply team and the outside sales team and work together for the progress of the company. I will be a good example and asset as your Virtual Assistant if you hire me and rest assured you will see a positive difference in your business for the next several months.
