INTEGRITY - one word that sums up what a person is and how that person can do his or her work the right way, and I proud myself on this.

Hi!
I was thinking of updating my profile and removing the old projects I used to have but dUpgrade to see actual info to keep it instead, they're still achievements in a sense, under my belt and I am happy I was part of those :)

** LATEST EMPLOYMENT **

Anyways, lately I have ventured from Shopify Creation to B2B and B2C cold calling.
As a Business Development Consultant, acquiring clients for my employer's clients are the main goal.
It's not your typical appointment setting as you have to make sure the prospects you're calling and their business is inline with what your own client is looking for.
A good sample would be the previous client I handled, The Live Design Project. The CEO is an interior designer so my target prospects would be from different verticals such as Hotel Chains, Start Ups, BPOs, etc and to explain to then what they could be missing as good income opportunities and what's in it for them to agree to  15-min conversation over Zoom.
Noting that it would only be a "valid" transfer if the prospect actually does not miss the agreed meeting time.

*** APPOINTMENT SETTING ***
Cold calling or outbound calling is something that's not new to me. Even customer service is something I have enjoyed doing and at the Upgrade to see actual infont, since I went back to the corporate world in the last 2 years, I am looking for opportunities within these bounds where I could use the skills I have to secure meetings and clients for you.

Let's give it a try, shall we?
:)

Project Based
- Shopify Expert
Shopify and Shopify Applications Setup, Management and Facebook Ads Creation

• March 2017 – Present
I am currently freelancing for this client to set up his Shopify site, as well as do sourcing and Facebook ads.

He initially hired me to test things for just a week and have given me training manuals and videos to watch under Techademics, owned by Chris Record.
After presenting my notes, he hired me to continue setting up his Shopify site and this is an ongoing part-time project at the Upgrade to see actual infont. I must say this is a fresh, new training and I now have things to compare to and more options to execute on my client's and would be Shopify clients to better drive traffic to the site and generate more sales.

Project Based
- Team Leader / Shopify Expert
Shopify and Shopify Applications Setup, Management and Facebook Ads Creation

• March 2017 – June 2017
I was initially hired to manage a team that my American client was supposed to build from the Philippines.

However, as he saw fit, he only hired me and one more person who would manage the web development.
He then deviated from the original plan of building different websites for Coaches, to having his own Shopify Website.

I had to undergo extensive self-training via watching all of Adrian Morrison's videos and live webinars to learn this and have built, both its back and front end.
Adrian Morrison is a 6 figure owner of several Shopify sites with different niches and gave his own case studies for items that have proven to drive great and correct traffic (target market wise) to a given Shopify site.

(Please check his sites for reference:

I have also learned how to set up and handle several, sales driving apps:

- Better Shipping
- Pillow Profit
- Xporter
- Cart Abandonment
- Pillow Profit (PoD)
- Pixel Magic amongst other apps

Before that, Personal Assistant to the CEO - that was my first title when HMG took me under their wings. However, doors opened fast for me and the promotions came as fast.
For three of our biggest projects from our main client, since I have the knowledge and skills to take on the projects, I was then promoted to being the Executive Client Liaison and acted as the Point of Contact for the company and my client.
The same time I was given the honor to oversee and manage the three projects we had, I was also the one tasked to be the Human Resources Manager and was the on overseeing Recruitment itself.

Before the admin roles though, I was trained for a Virtual Assistant position.
However, within the first month of training, I was transferred from being a General Admin VA to Real Estate Investors VA, which was considered even as moving up the ladder of success, so to speak.

During training I was offered to work as part of the Management itself, working alongside the big boss - the company owner.
But I felt it was an opportunity presenting itself too soon, and I wanted to familiarize myself first with the ins and outs of the company before I even venture to be part of the management, therefore I respectfully asked to not be given the position, which they understood and accepted, thus my training as a VA continued.
I was pulled out of training 3 weeks earlier than the scheduled time frame under the request of my first and last client for more than a year; he was the owner of one of the top 3 Real Estate Investors in Houston, Texas.

With him, I didn't just work as a VA but as a Lead Manager.
Former tasks included the following:

• making outgoing calls to prospective buyers and seal an appointment between them and my acquisitions team in order to start working out in buying wholesale/retail properties

• follow-ups on appointment schedules - made sure the client/prospect seller is not going to be inconvenient with the appointment set

• follow up on contracts made between the acquisitions team and the seller either through a phone call or email - that way my acquisitions team can just focus on what they do best.

Out of the Job description, I helped my client in various tasks:

• Mentoring other VAs of my client

• Basic configuration and maintenance of what most RE clients use as a system like Podio / GlowbiFlow

I am far from being the perfect VA, but I can give you my word and assurance that I work with passion, dedication, loyalty, and integrity - all because I love what I do.
