I've been in the industry for more than 10 years now. I have been trained and served at large Call Center in the Philippines. My previous jobs were with:*Teletech as a consultant for a year with T-Mobile Prepaid Telecommunication LOB*IBEX Philippines as a consultant for 2 years with AT&T Sales*C3 as a consultant for a year with SPIRIT Airline Reservation*Sutherland Global Services as a consultant for 4 years handling AT&T Technical Support/Sales, Broadview, AOL, Lenovo as a Project Manager/Technical Support/Sales /Recruitment*Telewise Solutions Group as a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter/Admin/Data Entry and Lead Gen  for more than a 2 years*Martek Marine as a Appointment Setter/Admin/Data Entry and Lead Gen for a year*EIG Property Management as Real Estate Executive Assistant for a year
I can do e-mail, ticket, phone support,data entry,lead gen and do everything I can to meet deadlines or whatever that is expected of me. Throughout the years of my experience I have honed my skills in terms of customer service, troubleshooting and clerical tasks. I also do sales and appointment settling.
