A passionate and dedicated Accountant and Bookkeeper with 13 years’ worth experienced in general accounting, financial accounting and reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, inventory, payroll, treasury and internal audit with extensive range of work experienced within different industries including accounting shared service, business process outsource, ecommerce, merchandise, manufacturing, insurance and real estate company.

A Certified Xero Advisor and Migration; Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor offers a broad range of service in accounting, bookkeeping, data entry and tax related services.

• Manage end to end accounting process, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation and tax compliance. This includes handling order of customers to billing; purchases to pay vendor and record to generate reports for management.
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow which are useful for management decisions.
• Handle compliance for audit and tax requirements.
• Expert in financial system selection migrate and implement (set-up of accounting system and moving forward accounts from one accounting system to another)
• Expert in reconciling bank debit card, credit card and other accounts,
• Expert in managing customers (accounts receivable management) and suppliers (accounts payable management) account such as client invoicing, collection, settlement, bookkeeping or sales and expenses.

• Expert in Inventory management
• Extensive knowledge in payroll management such as employee payroll entries and reconciliation; deductions and related tax
• Extensive experience using and maintaining different cloud accounting software such as
• Xero, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Desktop, MYOB, FreshBooks, ZohoBooks, Zoho CRM, Sage Accounting, Wave, SAP, Oracle, JDE Edwards ERP and Blackline.
• Has experience with wide knowledge in different ecommerce shop merchant and online shared drive storage such as Receipt Bank, Expensify, Square, Inc., Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, Stripe, ODM Storage, Database Shared Drive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as excel, words, power point and outlook with experience using google features such as google sheets, doc, slide, form and drive.
