Profile Description

I started working as a receptionist on a wellness center and got promoted to a Secretary within 6 months. I'am still at the same company for 7 years. I have knowledge on using MS Office and Ms Excel. I experienced data entry on my current job (input of client details on company website), as well as on an online shopping site(input on product details,price,etc)
I am also used on handling client inquiries, as well as complaints and other concerns, either through phone, email, social media pages as well as through personal. I also have experience on call center industry as a CSR.
I am flexible both being an employee as well as being a people a person. I want a stable job that pays well.
