My experience in the e-commerce industry makes me a strong candidate for this application. Over the past few years, I have honed my skills as a product writer and lister in Shopify for a Dropshipping company, an Amazon Inventory Manager, and a Product Lister. I have also worked as a Product Researcher and Lister on FB Marketplace using Zeedrop, and as an Article Writer (using SEO Keywords) in different Upgrade to see actual info addition to these skills, I have 3 years of experience in Email Customer Service using Zendesk.
I am knowledgeable in several software programs including Google Drive, MS Excel, MS Word, Trello, Shopify, Zendesk, Seller Central, and Helium 10. As a self-learner, I am always eager to improve my skills and knowledge. I am a creative and detail-oriented person who always strives for excellent results.
