I've been in this industry for the past 10 years, 5 years in the BPO industry, and 5 years working from home.
I am interested in working as an appointment setter. With my exceptional communication skills, strong work ethic, and dedication to achieving results, I believe I am the best fit for this job.
Over the years, I have honed my skills in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, and cold calling and I am used to handling a large number of calls
when I was still working in the BPO industry. I have worked in customer service for a year, handling a large number of incoming calls while identifying and assessing the customer's needs to meet their satisfaction, answering inquiries, listening to the customer's complaints, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within limits.
I also worked as a disability benefit specialist for 2 years and a half. I gather client information to verify eligibility for a disability claim and document the client's requirements for the claim.
When I started working from home, I worked as a record-retrieval specialist. After that, I worked as a cold caller, appointment setter, and telemarketer in different types of campaigns.
I am driven, committed, initiative-driven, very detailed, organized, and can work beyond expectations. I am enthusiastically determined, dedicated to learning, and adaptive to any work under pressure with my virtual experience.
