I've been in the call center industry for over 3 years. I am well equipped with knowledge of how everything works in the industry. I've been a sales associate, customer service representative, and an account specialist. I have enough knowledge on social media management, I was managing an online store before. I have a basic Photoshop skills and a very good lay outing skills. I have a good command of the English language both written and verbal. I can deal with people of all ages. I am always up for challenging jobs and new things to try. I am a fast learner, I gain new skills very fast. To sum up my career, I've worked as a Registrar Assistant in a university, a documenter for a non government organization, a call center associate, and an Online English Tutor. With this background, I am up for whatever task that will be assigned to me.
