Thriving in challenges and interacting with various kinds of people with my years of experience in customer support have been the biggest success of my career. Because of this, I was able to adapt to working individually and with different teams, it also taught me a great deal of leadership and initiative. Hard work, passion, and flexibility are what allows me to blend with groups and to continuously strive to reach goals amidst failures and setbacks.
My previous companies allowed me to lead a small team of customer support people, and I made sure that they have the same drive as I was. I built morale and consistently showed enthusiasm to inspire my subordinates. With this, the teams that I handled have shown high levels of flexibility and adaptability to customer and company demands. All these were achieved with a philosophy of caring for my subordinates, for them to deliver as efficiently as they could. Our scope of support during those times were in live chats, answering emails, inbound/outbound calls, and admin work.
With a creative, adaptable nature and an eye for detail, I aim to bring a true understanding of the many factors concerning the field of service, customer satisfaction, and professional excellence.
