I worked as a General Virtual Assistant, Amazon Customer Service Manager, Amazon Project Manager, Product & Keyword Researcher, Shopify and Ebay Customer Support, Shopify VA and Social Media Manager.
I have a wide experience on managing Amazon US, UK and Europe. I handled Amazon customer service tasks which includes responding to messages/inquiries and handling customer issues and complaints, monitoring & responding to reviews, handling & monitoring feedback, and converting positive feedback to reviews. I also have experience on product listing, managing and reserving inventory to protect the stocks, issuing refund/replacement, creating single-use codes, group codes and coupon stacks, monitoring hijackers and handling PPC campaign, monitoring sales data and conversion stats, monitoring keyword ranking using AMZ One and AMZ Tracker, and other platforms.
As for Shopify, I managed customer service, product sourcing and ordering from Ali suppliers/stores, fulfilling orders, creating order, adding tracking numbers, tracking the orders, and processing a refund. I am also familiar with tools like Oberlo, Zendesk and Reamaze. I am also familiar on researching and finding/sourcing products on Alibaba and AliExpress.
Most of my Ebay experience was handling customer support, product listing and writing product description. I am also familiar with Linnworks tool/platform.
I am familiar on platforms/tools like Keywords Inspector, Keywords Tool Dominator, Google Adwords, Merchant Words, Ben Cumming’s PIGS & HOPPS, Profits Engine, Jungle Scout, Viral Launch, Helium 10, Sellics, Hello Profit and Cash Cow Pro, and BigCommerce Linnworks.
I also have experience on using Mailchimp, GetResponse, OverGrowth, Feedback Genius, Feedback Five, Sales Backer, ASM Upgrade to see actual info and ManageByStats.
I was also a Social Media Manager. I am familiar to different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Youtube. I have also experiences on managing Facebook Page Ads. I know how to use Hootsuite, Meetup, Tweetcaster. I am also familiar on free deal sites and contest promotion sites; submitting deals and giveaways therein to help increase traffic.
I know how to create SOP's using EverNote, GDoc and PDF. I also have experience on using Data Scraper/Data Miner. I am comfortable on using Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets. I also have knowledge on Asana, Basecamp, Producteev, Freedcamp, Wunderlist and Convo.
