Profile Description

A self-motivated and organized professional with years of experience as a Credit Repair Specialist and Outbound Phone Support assistant.

I was a Business Analyst in the Philippines for more than seven years and have acquired extensive skills and knowledge in researching business information(Canadian Companies)thru the web and conducting phone interviews. 

In 2018, I shifted to a Credit Repair Business and worked with Alex Miller Credit Repair, I became a Manager of the company in 2019 and handled a group of VAs for credit repair. 

Below are the duties delegated to me:
1. Credit Analysis for clients interested in our credit repair service
2. Pinpoint negative items and inquiries in the client's credit report for dispute
3. Create Dispute letters for the clients and send the letters to the credit bureau(Equifax, Transunion, and Experian)



I am highly organized and independent and able to effectively coordinate tasks to accomplish projects with timeliness and creativity and adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
