I have worked in a leading BPO company for 10 years. I've started as a processing associate that handles billing and meter reading. As a process expert we are also required to submit innovative ideas that will improve our current processes that may also lead to client dollar savings. 3 years after I was tapped to become our project's Internal Quality auditor that performs regular quality audits based on established standards to ensure quality service to customers is consistently met. We also do process call calibration with our onshore counterpart to ensure that all is align with the process.
2 1/2 years have passed I was asked to join the escalations team that will solely handle complex cases or escalated items that can no longer be resolved by our regular agents. We are also expected to ensure a zero tolerance error.
After 2 years, I joined the leadership team. As a team leader of a 30 employees my main responsibilities are to lead and manage my team as well as mentoring and coaching to fulfill contractual requirement of the project. I also assign workload to agents , manages output and completion status. to maximize our team's proficiency we create and implement daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work/tasks plan aligned to our project. We also facilitate conference calls between offshore and onshore teams to provide updates and to discuss the key issues that affects our productivity and quality. I have the compassion and integrity and I have acquired my leadership skills through formal training and experiences.
