Profile Description


Creates the Master Assignment Sheet for a specific month containing all sites that the company handles with the assigned content designer, optimizer, and spot checker for each team.
 
Keeps track of all the incoming content from the pool of SEO Content Writers from the??email receiving channels through a spreadsheet containing the draft link,
content site, keyword, and publishing details.
 
Sorts out the incoming content into Folders in the Google Drive for an easier content location process with its respective publish dates and the content site.
 
Sends the Content Order Document to the pool of content writers with the attached content template created by the SEO specialists and the SEO Content Plan.
 
Maintains constant communication with the Publishing Director with the Publishing Staff and the team leaders of the SEO Content Writers to meet publishing deadlines.
 
Creates the SEO Content Plan for each site containing the content publish date, content draft link, recommended content headline, word count/length, content type, content template, topic, target keyword, keyword difficulty (determined by Ahrefs), search volume (monthly organic search volume, as defined by Ahrefs), monetization, and email niche. This information is determined by the SEO specialists and content writers attached to the content sent.
 
Creates the SEO Content Status sheet where the content writer, content site, request & receiving date, and the number of pieces are placed to easily determine the status of each content piece.
 
Assigns the sites that need to be handled by each team. Also, the team members of each team with enough number of optimizer and designer must be decided to carry out all the publishing tasks.
 
As the head of the content locators, there should be a constant checking of each draft content uploaded in the site. Also, each content draft must be linked in each SEO Content Plan per site using the title in the content dashboard of Word Press.
 
Audits live content on each site as it is tagged as scheduled or published by each spot checker. Feedbacks are left on the notes section of the Assignments Sheet that needs to be taken care of the designers and/or optimizers.
 
Conducts the beginning and end of week huddles with the team leaders for the progress report and process updates. Also, a dynamic communication with each optimizer and designer must be maintained for more productive daily outputs.
