Profile Description

I've been working from home for more than 5 years now and in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. I'm interested in helping, enlightening and providing good customer service. Polite and professional in dealing with customers. I handle emails and do upsell. I know how to use Zoho Mail, Microsoft office and am good at multitasking. I have worked on different campaigns as an outbound sales representative, I have experienced cold calling, appointment setting, and credit card pulling. I'm flexible in terms of changes in duties and working schedule. I'm a positive person and see opportunity in every situation. Throughout the years of working, I've managed to develop the skills that I know is very important in interacting customers and providing good customer service and that is very close to my personalities such as patience, empathy, attentiveness, calmness, focus, and persuasiveness. I'm willing to learn
and willing to be trained for more advancement to the task assigned to me. I want a long-term job where I can utilize my knowledge and experience to help your business.
