For more than two years, I have worked as Operations & Project Manager and Systems Administrator for a US-based Digital Marketing Agency. I've been responsible for overseeing daily both client-facing and internal operations, leading the Team in providing client, agency, community and technical supports concerning courses, packages and enterprise projects as well as performing project management, coordination & reporting, people management & mentoring, updating trainings and integrating project execution learning into checklisted processes.

I also have extensive experience as a volunteer managing social media accounts, website and online membership database for CFC Global Mission Foundation in the province of Batangas, Philippines. I know how to work with Wordpress, Wordpress website builder and cPanel. I can also adapt to learn other web content management system (WCMS). I have a good knowledge of various applications including Freedcamp, Basecamp, ClickUp, Upgrade to see actual info, MeisterTask, Agantty, Jira, Asana, Trello, Infusionsoft by Keap, Zapier, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Quip, TimeTree, Timecamp and Google Marketing Tools. I can also do copywriting, blogging, basic SEO, email management, layout design, photo editing, video editing and other creative work for web content development.

I am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar), Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF editing and OCR text recognition). I have skills in Photoshop, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, OBS Studio, Audacity, Edraw Max and AutoCAD. I also have proficiency in using cross-platform operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).

I do have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. I can work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently. I am also detail-oriented, fast learner, accurate in following instructions and committed to deliver quality results.

Also, I did work as General Manager, Sales Manager and Design Engineer in local companies here in the Philippines. But prior to these, I also worked abroad. This employment experience abroad in a multicultural work environment as well as the local employment experiences helped me to develop my organizational skills.
