account for more than 15 years as a senior customer service representative on a graveyard shift, taking calls, doing follow-ups, internet research and sending forms and letters to clients via email. I have excellent communication skills, keen attention to details and knows how to work with MS Word and basic MS Excel. I
have gained extensive knowledge and insights into providing
outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs. I have
become proficient in handling concerns from all types of customers. I
have demonstrated a drive to exceed my targeted goals/quotas by doing
multi tasking and managing my time wisely. I can work well independently or in a group and is easy to get along with. I am a fast learner and accepts challenges to continue to acquire more skills. I am seeking for a long-term, stable job to apply my abilities to fill the role in your company.
