Profile Description

I am a flexible, reliable, hardworking and well-skilled Virtual Assistant. I am proficient in different software applications and web tools.
Previously hired as Quality Assurance Tester and able to create test cases for each of the website functionality and log bugs in Trello/LeanTesting/JIRA efficiently.
Also, I've been a Business Systems Specialist in a corporate industry and handles different commercial websites with tasks include website updates, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements. I had proper experience in data extraction and migration; data extracted form Lotus Notes have been migrated to web-based database. Furthermore, I maintained and monitored an online reservation system and able to assist issues and conduct proper resolution in most possible time.
As a Virtual Assistant, below are my tasks:
1. Admin Assistant - handled different writing/typing jobs including newsletters, articles, manuals, and web content, coordinate with different clients of our company for project updates, manages the projects using Basecamp app, and manages my client's profile in LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
2. Personal Assistant - managed my client's day-to-day activities through office 360 calendar, chat/email/call to set appointments, follow up pending responses from different personnel, and process reservations and other booking activities.
3. Website Checking Assistant - checks different website domains and create report for each domain.
4. Website Admin - manages different websites and applications, do some updates, and publishes articles in WP.
