Currently, I'm in management roles and had experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Operations Manager/Coordinator, Campaign Manager, and Head of Operations.
I have also a background as a Web Developer, IT support MIS, IDM Dev Support Specialist, Systems Analyst, Link Builder, VA, QA mobile tester, and general admin tasks.
I must say that I like managing and organization by nature. Also, I'm the type of person who values attitude more than skills, especially in a team. I can say that I'm good at taking care of projects, people(internal/external), communications(any medium), systems(software/hardware), and value both the company and the client. I prefer to get things done now rather than later.
Skill Set
Programming - I had an experience as a Web Developer and built many websites, cms, and advertising promos and incorporated Social Media platforms. I can debug and trace code.
Administrative Tasks - I can manage your calendar and email to make sure you don’t miss any important meetings or emails. You can ask me any task and I will deliver it to you.
Software SME = I can be the subject matter expert in any software that your company might be using and be the administrator to it. Maintaining and monitoring the software is also a must.
Business Operations - I can manage the business along with the owner, and I can help with the business operations, strategy, business process, and compliance.
Project Management -  I can handle a project, team, clients, and deliverables to meet the client’s expectations. I can also assess my team's performance and knows their strength and weaknesses.
HR and Finance Accounting - I can do recruitment, Job posting, and onboarding of new hires. While in Finance Accounting, I can do basic computing and understands the wages/salary.
Soft Skills - I can be flexible in any situation such as in communication, critical thinking, data analysis, leadership, problem-solving, work ethic, willingness to learn and etc.
Hard Skills -  I have knowledge in Programming, SEO, Project Management Tools, CRM Tools, Google Suites and etc. I can also learn new software if needed.
