I am currently working as a quality analyst and concentrated on monitoring calls and as well as analyzing the root cause of such metric and creating action plans to address it.
I am skilled with Excel and even trained to conduct classes and share what I've learned.
I've also done presentations of our data analysis and facilitated meetings (calibrations) with our clients.
I conduct one on one coaching and huddles with my respective team that was assigned to us and required to monitor their progress.
