I've done Customer Service for over twelve years now. I was once part of JPMorgan Chase handling Mortgage, Retail Financial, Savings and Checking account. I know how to market through email and I also have experienced working as an Appointment Setter to a Real Estate Agent. My last employment was a Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager in a Property Investment Company based in the UK. I am currently working as a Processing Manager for a Brokerage Firm that is based in the US, catering PA and CA loans.   It’s not just my background leading successful projects from my previous company —  or my people skills, which have helped me develop great relationships with my colleagues, clients, customers and senior managers. But I’m also passionate in everything that I do professionally and I’m driven to deliver high-quality work. I have a reputation for getting things done with a smile on my face. I am determined and very professional. I can work with minimal supervision. I always make sure to start contributing from day one and I am truly excited about the prospect of getting started.
