I also worked as a customer representative for EBY, and I have knowledge in using Zendesk, Slack and Magento. I used to work in a small private school and government elementary school, thus, making me knowledgeable about Microsoft skills specifically word,excel and power point, and honed my ability to handle different kinds of people as well as it improved my personality of being patient and persevering. I also worked for a BPO company and I was responsible for training and enhancing the communication skills of ESL teachers and Customer Service representatives I also know a bit of Photoshop and I am starting to learn more about different tasks that I may encounter for online jobs. I am a person who is very open to new knowledge and willing to be trained. I can work self-directed and has the initiative to figure things out on my own. I am very eager to have a stable and long-term opportunity in this industry.
