I'm really good at utilizing resources and spotting opportunities, my research skill is excellent. I also have above average communication both in my native tongue-Filipino and English. I can type atleast 60 words per minute, and I can work really well even under pressure, I am reliable, dependable and I'm always ready to work as I am only here at home, ready to make home-based job my main source of income.
My last work was Social Media Marketing/Resort Manager,on a struggling hotel resort here in the Philippines, I opened opportunities to the organization by opening up accounts on different sites like airbnb, traveloka, tripadvisor, trivago etc. I manage all of them together with social media sites like and instagram, I partnered with local travel agencies and offered company outings. I could say that when I took over the organization the booking went up by atleast 300%.
Whilst handing the social media marketing of Jao Ming Company I was in the Administration too. As I was the acting Manager of the Resort Hotel owned by the CEO, so I oversee the renovation, manhandling and the booking reservation of the Hotel. Not to mention I was also in-charge of the CEO's personal travel plans like booking their flights, booking their hotels and the tours etc.
I've worked in a call center for a little over a year, and I learned a lot of things from there, from conversing to writing. And I'm a self-confess book worm, so English is really a strength for me.
I have no formal experience when it comes to writing in the professional or social media world. Not to brag, But, back in the school days I always receive awards for my essays and stories.
My last work experience was Social Media Administrator on Jao Ming Marketing Corporation, for over a year I handled all of the company's Social media accounts, not just facebook. The company, which offers beauty products and 1 resort hotel here in the Philippines, was struggling keeping up with the market. But since they decided to create the social media division, and I entered the picture, the profit went up by atleast 200%. I manage to create and make their social media accounts, into a money making department, not just support and marketing. For the Beauty products, I manage to partner with other local online retailer websites like Lazada, and created a "shop now" button on facebook, which features all of the products they can buy - online shopping. While simultaneously answering, posting, updating and managing all of the social media accounts facebook, instagram, twitter etc. As for the Resort Hotel, I partnered with booking websites like airbnb, trivago, tripadvisor etc. All of this while continuously answering queries on comment sections and messages on facebook page and other social media accounts, creating ads/post/content on facebook, twitter, instagram atleast twice a day. All of the activity led to increasing the booking rate by 300% quarterly.
Advertising through social media has been my work for over a year. Not just social media marketing but through different sites that I believe will help me gain more clients. Like for the beauty product that I marketed it was Lazada-an Alibaba like platform. And for the Resort Hotel it is airbnb, trivago etc. I created contents and posted them on Google Ad which garners clients at zero cost. I have been a fan of "Organic Advertising" meaning no fees paid to facebook etc. It might be a little less effective than the paid, but effective none the less.
My last job allowed me to gain knowledge on customer support, Originally I am the Social media Officer/Moderator, but as a little company I was also in-charge of handling support after the guests booked the dates on the Hotel Resort, there comes the questions in different forms. It is only me who would answer them, thus entailing my job to email support, phone support, tech support, customer support etc.
