Profile Description

My skills are on Customer service which i have acquired from my solid call center background for almost 10years. I have worked hand in hand with my managers on technical stuff, email marketing, data entry and receptionist skills. 
I am a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience working in the contact center industry, supporting various Fortune 500 companies in the US in the field of telecoms, health, finance, emails, recruitment, training, etc .I have handled customer service for sales, tier 2 customer escalations, technical support including email and chat. I have held and have been successful in various roles, from customer service specialist, to product and account SME, and trainer for both communication skills and product knowledge.
I have excellent communication skills, very proficient in business correspondence in both email and chat and I understand the need for clarity of communication all the time and the urgency to provide immediate responses.
I take pride in every customer interaction I get. I am very flexible with my schedules and willing to work odd hours to get the job done.
I work best in a situation where I am able to use my customer service experience and skillset and I would love an opportunity to use these skills in working for you.
