I specialize in Warehouse and Order Management, I have been an Operations Assistant that caters Order Fulfillment for Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and Shopify. I also have used Quickbooks for manual order Entry. I also do product research/sourcing using certain criteria required to find winning products, using Keepa, Buybot Pro, and Junglescout. I also assist customers with their orders via Phone, Chat and email, like processing refunds, returns and replacement making sure they get the company's mission and vision which is to provide excellent service.
