I have an extensive amount of experience as a customer service professional at Sutherland Global Services for a bank/financing account which is Netspend. I spent a year as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to a Team Manager after a year.
I have experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant and Quality Assurance Specialist during my stint of working a homebased job. Eventually I was hired as Operations Supervisor, overseeing different accounts and their production, accounts like Architecture, Ecommerce, Customer Service and Logistics.
