Profile Description

I worked as a CSR for BPO for 5 years. I have been an appointment setter for a logistics company for 4 years before transitioning to being a virtual assistant in real estate. Mostly doing cold calling and a bit of admin Upgrade to see actual infoalt with different kinds of leads, CRMs, dialers, and other tools necessary. I am a fast learner and open to learning about other industries. I also did customer service for a freight brokerage and did dispatch for a tow company based in California. The most recent job that I had was as a property management employee for a US based Property management company. Helping with codes, lease agreements and work orders.
